Make a difference with commitment
Only those who have knowledge surrounding the basis of business conduct can be successful in the long-term. At maxit we are positive: our homeland and the people living in it make us successful. These people are the ones who newly shape the success of maxit whilst simultaneously attesting that which is new.
So that this remains as such, we give a little of our success back to these people and the region with whom and in which we live and work together. As a reliable partner in sport, cultural and social things, we would like to provide a contribution to a strong society in the surroundings of our sound company.
maxit as a partner to sport
Top solutions in construction and top performance on the pitch - a truly good combination. What maxit stands for in the construction industry is embodied by our partners of sport in football, basketball and winter sports: with passion and commitment, we are both successful. That's why we combine our strengths to create new regional synergies and ensure long-term success. maxit is a proud partner of sport in Franconia, Thuringia and Saxony.
SpVgg Greuther Fürth

If the cloverleaf is the symbol par excellence for happiness, then the conditions for this partnership could not be better. SpVgg Greuther Fürth, widely known as the "cloverleaves", and maxit have been partners since the 2014/15 season.
The down-to-earth nature of the club as well as its fair behaviour in a spirit of partnership are reflected in the maxit philosophy. At the same time, the two Franconian partners are united by their technical expertise. What Greuther Fürth expresses as playful skill on the green pitch, maxit expresses in the technical level of all our products. These are the best prerequisites for a successful future together!
SpVgg Oberfranken Bayreuth

maxit has always been deeply connected to the region of Upper Franconia and the Bayreuth area. Since the 2013/14 season, maxit has expressed this connection as the main sponsor of SpVgg Oberfranken Bayreuth.
For maxit, this is a home game, so to speak, as the company's headquarters are located in the Bayreuth area, where the club has been able to count on a loyal following for decades and has left its mark on sporting events. SpVgg Oberfranken Bayreuth is fighting for points and sporting success with the well-known maxit lettering on its chest.
Bobsleigh pilot Lisa Buckwitz

Mariama Jamanka's departure from the bobsleigh circus in 2022 also marked the end of the successful collaboration between her and the maxit Group after seven years. However, a successor for Jamanka was already waiting in the wings: maxit has been supporting bobsleigh pilot Lisa Buckwitz as a sponsor since the 2022/23 World Cup season and will therefore continue to be represented on the world's ice tracks.
In her first season, Buckwitz already celebrated her first successes, including becoming runner-up in the two-man bobsleigh.
Taking active responsibility: maxit hilft e.V.
Founded in October 2019 as a non-profit organisation, ‘maxit hilft e.V.’ has been supporting needy and innocent people in distress and helping to educate and train young people ever since.
With this commitment, the association emphasises the social responsibility that is also recognised and actively practised within the Bergmann-maxit Group.
When your home is about to fall into disrepair

In February 2021, we received an appeal for donations from Maria Koller from Hahnbach. She shared the story of two young people in the central Upper Palatinate region.
Around 20 years ago, a young family north of Amberg had started building a single-family home. However, several strokes of fate in succession had led to the house threatening to fall into disrepair after two decades without rendering and a partial lack of interior fittings. Parents and grandparents had fallen seriously ill or died during this time. Help was therefore urgently needed to maintain the home of the two young people.
Mrs Maria Koller from Hahnbach launched an appeal for donations in the press and longstanding maxit customer Markus Schober from Vilseck spontaneously agreed to take on the rendering work. ‘maxit hilft e.V.’ provided the base and finishing render, organised the installation of screed in the attic and thus contributed to the completion of the house.
Flood disaster in Germany`s Ahr valley in 2021

In the night from 14 to 15 July 2021, more than 100 litres of rain per square metre fell within 24 hours in parts of the federal states of Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia - with catastrophic consequences for the local population. Many had not been warned, lost their belongings and paid with their lives. In the Ahr valley alone, several thousand houses were destroyed or severely damaged.
A special kind of aid campaign was launched by a class at the construction technology school in Munich. The future construction technicians decided to lend a hand and actively help. Sandra Dempfle contacted maxit hilft e.V. as plaster mortar was urgently needed on site. After a report on Bavarian radio about this aid campaign, the Bärenbande e.V., an association of lorry drivers, got in touch and offered to transport the material free of charge. In total, maxit sent over 40 pallets of cement and restoration plaster to Rhineland-Palatinate. The company Raab Karcher Baustoffe took over another free delivery and distributed the plaster via its branch in Bad Neuenahr.
Donation to the "Geschwister Gummi" Foundation

Christmas present for the "Geschwister Gummi" Foundation: In December 2021, the maxit hilft e.V. association supported the foundation for child and youth welfare in Kulmbach with a donation of €1,500. The donation was presented by treasurer Ralf Heisinger and the commercial director of the maxit Group, André Hessner. The purpose of maxit hilft e.V. is to support charitable projects in the region, and the "Geschwister Gummi" Foundation is one of the top addresses in the district, particularly when it comes to work with children and young people.
The Gummi Foundation in Kulmbach was founded in 1862 and is today a leading organisation in the field of child and youth welfare. Its work is based on providing neglected and traumatised children in particular with healthy development, secure attachments and goodwill.
Support with house construction

At the end of 2021, we received a letter from a young couple from Rugendorf, Kulmbach. In it, Mrs Walter described how she, her husband and their 6-year-old son built the shell of a small detached house - under special circumstances, as Mrs Walter's partner has been confined to a wheelchair since a serious accident.
As the search for a suitable home had previously been unsuccessful, the couple had decided to venture into the new build on their own and with very limited resources. However, after months of work, including land levelling and bricklaying work through to the construction of the roof truss and roof covering, the young family reached the limits of their capabilities. The Walter family was barely able to manage the upcoming interior plastering work on their own. In addition to materials, there was a lack of skilled tradesmen who could provide advice and, most importantly, help.
Impressed by the special commitment of the builders, maxit Managing Director Hans-Dieter Groppweis spontaneously offered his support: the company would provide the materials and technology. Heiko Thiel and his sales team immediately signalled their willingness to volunteer for an after-work and weekend campaign.
From 3 March 2022, the vehicles of our field service colleagues crowded the access road to the Walter construction project. Instead of taking a well-earned break from the stresses and strains of everyday life, our construction professionals took part in a special kind of ‘team-building exercise’, professionally plastering the entire interior walls of the new building with maxit ip 23 F in just two days.
Focus on children

In 2021 and 2022, considerable donations were made to institutions for children and young people: the Kindervereinigung Dresden e.V., the Arnstädter Bildungswerk near the maxit site in Thörey, the "Kinder- und Jugendhaus" near Deggendorf in Lower Bavaria and the "Sozialpädagogisches Zentrum" St. Leonhard in Regensburg.
In 2023, we made donations to kindergartens around the sites in Leupahn and Krölpa. In addition to "Zwergenland" in Krölpa and Nimritz, these included the kindergarten "Am Sonnenhügel" in Pößneck/Schlettwein, "Kinderland am Bahnhof" in Geithain and "KiTa Thumirnicht" in Colditz.
maxit Christmas campaign - Doing good together!

Another Christmas mug, another biro, the umpteenth year-end executive calendar. Isn't it true that the flood of promotional items at Christmas time often goes unnoticed? Wouldn't it be better to direct a budget to where the need is real, the wishes are modest and a few euros are perhaps better spent?
Franken Maxit has therefore decided to donate the majority of its 2023 Christmas advertising budget to social organisations. In each sales region, appropriate institutions were selected that could be supported particularly effectively, and so donations were made as part of the maxit Christmas campaign 2023 to: the ASB Kronach "Wünschewagen", the outpatient children's hospice "Haus ANNA" in Eichendorf, WAIDLER-HELFEN e.V. in Spiegelau, NAVIS e.V., the ecumenical neighbourhood help Postbauer-Heng, the parents' initiative "Regenbogen" in Würzburg, Straßenkreuzer e.V. Nuremberg and "Barmherzige Brüder" in Gremsdorf.
